Mital Patel is a fine art photographer, conservationist, and filmmaker who captures beauty in all its forms, from the creatures of the wild to the architecture of ice and light.
His images strip the world to movement, emotion, and mood, telling a story without words. An intrepid traveler whose work spans all seven continents, he invites viewers to see the world a little differently, and to appreciate the beauty of moments and places so often overlooked.
Over eleven years, that pursuit has produced the monograph States of Nature, published by Hirmer with Thames & Hudson and the University of Chicago Press, and a body of work held in private collections around the world.

A significant portion of proceeds from art sales supports WildAid, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Tsavo Trust, and The Simba Trust.
This commitment reflects a deep dedication to protecting the planet's most vulnerable species and the ecosystems they depend on.
Mital's work is carried by galleries in the United States. Enquiries and acquisitions are welcome through the studio or directly with the galleries.
For prints, commissions, exhibitions, press, or the book, the studio would love to hear from you.
